"Whilst we enjoyed every moment in the pool and meeting new people, we knew that we'd only return for that reason. The restaurant is convenient but expensive for the quality and service. Every meal there was a mistake or something forgotten, it boiled down to lack of staff and it being busy. The staff tried their best, but appeared overwhelmed. The rooms are basic, clean and cold, as the temperature couldn't be adjusted. We still had a nice time and were left alone and that's always a plus. "

"unfortunately through no fault of Ramada we had no power for three days because of weather conditions. The shops, restaurants etc where all closed. wee had one day of the booked 5 days where the weather was fine and most shops and restaurants reopened. We spend the time mostly reading and relaxing."

"We loved our stay there as everything was so clean, the bedding was extremely clean and comfortable. The check in and check out process was so quick and efficient for travellers, no need to queue and no wait time. We were able to park our car just in front of the room which made it easy to carry our luggage in and out. Thank you Island Palms "
