"The hotel is of sufficient quality and value. The service staff needs more training and leadership in providing better service and guest interaction. I witnessed house cleaning ignoring guests, walking around looking at their phones, earbuds in and generally very uninterested in the guests in the hotel. Twice I was even cut off by a staff member when entering elevators. Good hotel, clean rooms (though the ADA room wallpaper is peeling because of the open shower) but service needs work."

"Very pleasant stay. Very good breakfast, appreciated all hot foods were hot! Even saw the attendant checking the food temps on the line. Helpful staff. Evening happy hour was nice although we weren't there to use it but once."

"Everything was great except the fact that hotel guests need to pay for parking. Very unfortunate! supposedly is a city ordinance. Unfortunately we will not be staying around the city of San Antonio again we will look for a hotel in the surrounding areas. "
