"Dawn's Cottage is absolutely adorable and the perfect place to decompress, relax, and celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. Loved the remote location and beach access, yet still easy to get to Lewes & Rehoboth. We enjoyed trying out some of the hot spots in the helpful binder of local restaurants and attractions. Thanks Gina and Rodney for being such great hosts!"

"My boyfriend and I stayed for one night. The owners were great at communicating with us. The place was clean and beautiful. Our only down fall at no fault really of the owners was we booked this place because it has a hot tub. There was renters there the night before us so they had to drain the hot tub so when we stayed we could not use the hot tub due to it not being warm enough. The owners did give us the suggestion of boiling water to help bring the temperature up faster and they did let us...

The host thought of everything one might need from tissues to coffee to scissors to guide books to make this a home away from home on a vacation stay. "Never received a Welcome note or check in to the rental. Had to reach out to the property owner to gain access. No instructions on the stay or expectations. Arrived to a dirty house, left as it was from the previous renter. Cleaners didn't come until 10am the next day and spent over 3 hours cleaning. We didn't have access until after 1pm.
