"This was an excellent location to explore Bath. The hop on hop off bus had a stop near the hotel so I never had to use my car to get around. The staff members were all very nice and helpful. The car park was to the rear of the hotel and very convenient. "

"We had a great trip. The hotel room for 5 was extremely spacious and it was so nice to stay right next door to the caves. We absolutely loved the caves. They were so big and the guided tour was great. The crazy golf was also great. Wells is only a 7 min drive and it is definitely a must. All in all a great stay with great value"

"Fabulous hotel, good value for money. Big room, huge comfy bed and pillows. walk in shower and a bath. Lovely complimentary bathroom products. Situated in a great spot for getting around the city. Everything we wanted to see and do was within a 15 minute walk. We have had a great time. "

"We had a lovely weekend at this hotel. Rooms were clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was great, we even had room service and they were quick and food was delicious. Couldn’t fault this hotel at all. Thank you"
