"Loved the breakfast available. Best location for pier 39. Lobby was beautiful to sit in and kill time before late night flights. Some affordable snacks in the cafe/bistro, lovely bar for night drinks. Great drive through area for taxi’s,Ubers and Waymo’s. 1 negative I was on level 2, and unsure what was above me as it felt like a herd of elephants who woke up early each day "

"Good location, friendly and helpful staff, fun game area, and comfortable beds. However - I personally would not stay again due to the heavy use of fragrances throughout the hotel - both in the lobby/shared areas and a different perfume smell in rooms. Staff informed me this is from a cleaner and all rooms have the same smell, and no rooms have windows that open. The heater/AC also goes from heat to AC, so the rooms get very dry at night. Two of us got migraines from the constant smell...
