"Be aware: the listing shows only the units on the water. What you may actually be booking has no water around it. When we checked in we found that we were booked for a “Garden Unit,” meaning a boat parked on the grass several meters away from any water. Your view from such a unit will likely be weeds, not water. "Great location close to Mestre train station where the airport buses also operate to and from. Easy access to heart of Venice by train for a few Euros and many trains per hour. Well appointed rooms and friendly staff offering a bag store too if your schedule requires it (ours didn't). "

"It’s a great hotel to stay at in Venice, close to everything (piazza San Marco was less then a minute walk away). The room was large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was fairly basic but adequate. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Venice."
