"The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean and it was walkable to the Gay Street and Old City areas which is what we wanted as we were celebrating a birthday. Our biggest hiccup was involving parking. You have to park, go into the building and enter the room and find a garage remote (it wasn’t located where our instructions told us so we panicked for a minute), then go back and get your car and then you can enter the garage. "The location of the property was great as it was just a short walk to the marina. The porch was a wonderful retreat, too. We however, felt the property needed a good sweeping and mop job. After our 7 month old baby dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch, we found trash, cups, wrappers, and dust bunnies galore. "The unit was quiet and convenient to the convention center. We were able to park and walk most places, although the supermarket was 1.5 miles. The building is old and it shows. The bathroom off the bedroom would be horrible for a tall person: low ceiling in shower and little space between the toilet and the wall. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. "

It’s always I feel a coin toss what you might show up to but even though we thought it might be uncomfortable with the owners on site, it was the total opposite. "Great location!! We have stayed here several times due to being back in a quiet cove and in walking distance from the dock. We were a little disappointed that the slide on the dock was no longer there but it is still in the VRBO pictures. The hot tub was cold when we arrived but I contacted the manager and she replied right away and told us how to fix it. It warmed up very fast! They added a nice little fire pit area and my kids really enjoyed hanging out there at night. "

"We stayed here with a group of 20 for Thanksgiving and didn’t feel cramped. Although one bathroom had a sewage smell (which was fixed), the golf cart ran out of gas and we had to push it back to the house, and there was no lake access, only a lake view, we had a good time. There’s a bathroom in each bedroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The wifi worked perfectly on all 3 floors. The hosts were very responsive. "
