"Great friendly small hotel. Staff were very welcoming at reception and for breakfast. Breakfast is made to order so all freshly cooked with a good selection. We picked a room without a sea view and unfortunately the facing hotel had an air conditioning unit outside our bedroom window which was a bit noisy but didn’t really spoilt our stay too much. "

"Despite bad weather we had a good stay. We stay here regularily out of season for the warm indoor pool and big jacuzzi. The food is not as good as it used to be but is acceptable. Breakfast is good. We always stay in a suite nowadays. Furnishings tired but if the rooms were improved im sure the prices would shoot up. A 'spanish family' style, friendly, welcoming hotel. Always same staff. "

"When we arrived we were greeted by our host, shown our room which was large and had a king sized bed which was very comfortable, also with a sofa bed, patio doors onto a private balcony overlooking the mountains. "I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. I actually liked the hotel food!!! Nice bar. It really surprised me. The only thing i could possibly critique is the room.doors are not totally soundproof...
