"Hotel staff was very helpful especially the valet. The hotel is undergoing construction so a bit of inconvenience is to be expected. We were there to see a concert at the OLG Stage and we very much appreciated the proximity and the inside walkway. The room was spacious and very clean. "

"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. Very disappointing especially as we had no idea of the changes or had not been informed in advance of such. We were not offered alternative accommodation or upgrade to the...
