"I have stayed three lovely nights at Le jardin reported I am going back for another two nights at the end of my trip. The hotel is located in a central area and has enchanting and welcoming vibes. " The staff were super friendly and helpful. In particular, Anna, who helped to organise everything for us, from our tours to Ning Binh, Halong Bay and Sapa to arranging a car to pick us up to the airport. She e even gave us a phone charger when we realised that we forgot to bring one with us. Breakfast was also good and offered a veriety of cooked options, fresh fruits/juices, bread and tea/coffee. We will definitely stay in Lotus Boutique again when we return to Hanoi. We will also recommend it to our friends."

"The hotel employees were the best. They went above and beyond to assist in anyway they could. I ordered a package to the hotel and forgot all about it until they reminded me. They also arranged my transport to and from the airport. I’ll definitely come back here next time. Thank you staff members "
