« Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. The house is clean, well stocked, TV's in every room, big kitchen and the roof top area is an awesome hang out area! The one car garage allowed us to park off the street and was an additional plus! »

« House had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Fireplace was an extra nice touch. Location can’t be beat! I would stay again! Garage is actually a good size for two vehicles but a challenge comes into play because there are trash bins in the alley from the market. Without those trash bins you have plenty a room but since they’re there, one vehicle is probably ideal. One small thing to note (I didn’t rate down for) was the cleaning crew arriving after we were told we could check in early....

« We enjoyed our stay, one block from the beach. Great for walks, close the store and restaurants. The beds are comfortable. Very nice to have while on the road. I would stay here again. No issues. Maybe grab some single coffee for the machine if you your going be be here for a few days. »

« Andrea’s property was cozy, comfortable and an amazing place to vacation. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beach house and all the included amenities. The bikes, volleyball, beach chairs, sand toys, fully equipped kitchen made it so easy to relax and enjoy our stay. Little touches like water and slippers in each room made it feel extra special. « AMAZING! Steve provided more accommodations than we expected and exceeded them. Everything was clean and cozy. A great distance from the sand and beach. Lovely neighborhood. The party was able to have a great time indoors and outdoors, and the whole experience was enhanced by our surroundings.
