This newly renovated and updated duplex is just 5 houses from the sand!

Downstairs unit has 2 king bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, living space, and fireplace. 3 flat screen televisions with HD cable and high speed wireless internet included.

Front porch/patio has table, chairs, seating area, and BBQ.



Upstairs unit has 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, large living area with fireplace, dining room, and full kitchen.

Large balcony is accessible from this unit, which includes a BBQ and seating area .



Washer and dryer is available



3 parking spots are available for use during your stay (2 inside garage and 1 on the side of the house).



The property is arranged to accommodate a family who enjoys time together but also appreciates privacy. Although it is considered 2 units and has a private entrance for the upstairs unit, it is also very intimate as each unit has special amenities that coordinate well with the other. The beds are very comfortable with cozy linens and featherbeds and down comforters. Sleeping comfortably is a must for our family. The bathroom arrangement is unusual as each bedroom has it's own bathtub/shower and the upstairs has an extra full bath making it 3 bedrooms with 4 baths.



This property is close to everything you would like for the area. The beach is a short 1/2 block (50 yds), grocery store is a walk, bike ride away. Bike rental is 1 block, restaurants and shopping is a walk down the boardwalk which we enjoy daily when we are there.

Nice place!

This home is so beautiful! We fit our large group comfortably between both floors, and the amount of bathrooms made it really fast to get everyone ready to go out after a day on the beach. I would definitely stay here again. It was very clean, and the beds are VERY comfortable! Great house!

AWe had a larger party stay at this property and it was perfect!! Tim was so communicative and sweet! We had issue with the fire alarm system and Tim was over in minutes to fix it! A Lovely Beach Get Away
The house was so close to the beach it was easy to get15 people to the beach. The air conditioning kept us very comfortable . Close to two parks, which were easy to walk to, so kids had a chance to run around other then the beach. We were able to walk to restaurant one night. All and all it was a lovely week.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for the 10 of us. Nice elevated outdoor seating outside of bedroom. Everything we needed for our trip. Great communication with owner . Would help to clean the jacuzzi tub and adjust shower doors . Minor nitpick for a great property. Would stay again.

Just 5 houses from the sand!
Just as advertised! Spacious and well-equipped, it was great for our family. Our host was superb. The proximity to the beach - a nice, quiet beach - was something each of us loved. The upper level windows provided great light. Everything was clean, plenty of closet space. There were 12 of us and we were able to spread out using both levels.

Perfect spot for multi-family beach getaway
We stayed here as a group of 11 (2 families, 4 adults, 7 kids) for a long-awaited reunion. Having both units allowed for plenty of spacious together time, with built in privacy as well. We took advantage of both kitchens and all of the beach gear for a full day of fun just a few houses from the sand and waves. Communication with the property manager was prompt and easy-going. This part of Newport is relatively calm and uncrowded, especially in the fall. We would definitely recommend this for other similar groups!

Wonderful House & Location!!!
This house exceeded our expectations. Each bedroom had it’s own bath. We had 5 couples and the house was perfect! Literally a block from the beach. The house had all the fun stuff needed for the beach! The host was responsive and kind! We are definitely going to make this our yearly vacation!! Perfect neighborhood and location. We hired a personal chef for a dinner one of the nights and it fit 15 of us comfortably. Thank you!

Great family home!
This house was perfect for our family! There was plenty of space and beds for 14 of us. It was also so nice that they had a pack n play and high chair so we didn’t have to bring ours! It was a super quick walk to the beach and very close to restaurants and pier! Our reservation manager was wonderful and even dropped off more propane for the bbq in case we needed it. Very thoughtful! Thank you for making our experience in Newport wonderful!
