"It was a bait and switch. As we landed in Ca received message our rental was unavailable and another in its place. Replaced home was substandard. Carpet filthy, no supplies ie dishwasher soap, shower gel etc. rate on website was lower than we were charged. Asked for the difference of $500. No response from owner"

Within an hour of entering we felt like we knew the home and the neighborhood. The house has a very large deck that we spent a lot of time on. Some of the boards on the deck need to be replaced but we identified those early in our visit...
