"This property was perfect for us, 2 grandparents and one 10 year old grandchild. Very comfortable bed and pullout in living room suited our grandson a d was esy to fold away during the day. We could walk to most places we wanted to be i. St. John's and there was never any problem getting a parking spot on the street just outside the house.
