"This place was so clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We had everything we needed. They thought of everything: coffee bar, extra throw blankets, stacked wood ready to be used inside and for the outdoor firepit. The outdoor patio area was beautiful and private.The beds were very comfortable too!Thank you for a great place to get away!"

"We loved our stay at Bruce and Claudia’s little hideaway! It was a great place to stay with our dogs during a trip to the Placerville area. It’s close enough to downtown, but far enough away to experience the peace and quiet of the river! Everything was as described, you have your own space and privacy, but they are close by if you ever need anything. We will definitely come back and stay again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. So much nicer than staying in a hotel, and a quick drive to stores and restaurants and to visit family. It was really clean, inviting, and the decor was nice. All the comforts of home, quiet, and tucked away in a beautiful area. Comfy bed (2 twins put together as a king which was very comfortable) All the pans/utensils we needed for cooking although we did very little. "We had a great stay at the Hummingbird House! It was peaceful, quiet and a great place to unplug. There was convenient laundry on site and Tal and Audra were communicative and very kind and helpful. They even dropped off sweets for New Year’s Eve after asking if we had any dietary restrictions, which we do. "I came to do a Christmas faire and see friends and thought I'd try a home rental for the first time. I was not disappointed and now i plan to come back and try to stay here again and again.
