The unit itself was clean. The double bed was comfortable The communication/check-in/etc. were all ok. Cons: On-street parking is challenging. The property is in an old building and it shows. The unit has been painted, but it still felt very run-down. Common/Entry hallway smelled of tobacco ... "

"We loved the place! It’s adorable and well appointed with necessities. My only complaint (and the reason I gave four stars rather than five) is the bed. I would recommend the owners invest in an actual bed with a comfortable mattress. The sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping. Otherwise it’s a great little place in a beautiful location, and the owners are very accommodating."

"Absolutely loved this property. Jill has provided everything you need for your stay. Pantry is stocked with spices/cooking basics including Keurig coffee, creamer and some light snacks and a few waters in the fridge. Everything was new, washer/dryer came in handy-she even had laundry pods! Quiet friendly neighborhood right near walking path with bars and restaurants right around corner. Upstairs neighbor welcomed us and helped bring in luggage. Plan on returning and utilizing train station...

"I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out...

"This property is lovely, lavender and flowers are beautiful and well cared for, quiet, perfect for a relaxing time while visiting family close by. Kate Miller was so welcoming and her eye for decorating is wonderful, down to the smallest detail. The farm is beautiful and the birds fly from tree to barn to ground to feed. Zoe the corgi puppy loves to visit in the morning. Thank you Kate and Chris for a relaxing place to put our feet up and think, contemplate, relax. "
