Happy bloody new years
after a 6 hours drive, came into an untidy and disgusting room that was just the perfect display of two bears fighting in an hotel room. Was changed into a room in a lower floor which i had no say into choosing, i was just thrown into it. New room was made only once when i was there, sheets where not changed at all during my stay, only re arranged the second day, towels where the same every day, again they didn't change them. Just a really disgusting experience, disorganized, disgusting and no attention payed to us the customers. Will surely never recommend nor come back to this hotel.

Was OK
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were adequately sized, bedding clean/comfortable, and the shower was very nice (lots of hot water and good water pressure). The safe didn't work, fridge was warm, the shower leaked, the bed sank in the middle (and was very noisy), and the walls were paper thin (literally could hear neighboring conversations...among other things). My first trip to NYC so maybe this is just what you get for the price. Not the best. Not the worst. Was nice to be near Eataly:)

Victor was very welcoming. However accommodations were not very clean room lighting was not good toiletries had to be requested and there were no views as pictured on this site. Peeling paint was present in the bathroom in the ceiling and bed was squeaking just from laying on it or even rolling over. I just was not pleased with this property. Would not revisit.

The hotel is quite dirty, both in the corridors and in the room. The heating doesn't work properly, besides the huge noise it makes, making it impossible to sleep. When I asked for a blanket, the hotel didn't have to provide me. When I checked in the room didn't have soap and the bed didn't have a blanket. It was one of the worst accommodations I've ever had, I couldn't sleep properly due to the cold I went through.
