Heating to loud keep waking up to cold to turn off would suggest heavy throw and then turn off Heating and also save money on heating bill . Apart from that had a excellent stay would definitely stay again.

This hotel is in a fantastic location right in the heart of the Flatiron District, with countless amazing restaurants and bars just a 5-10 minute walk away. The service was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. While the room was fairly basic, it served its purpose perfectly – we didn’t come to NYC to spend the whole weekend indoors! It offered a warm, clean space with a comfortable bed and bathroom, which was all we needed. Simple, cozy, and just right for a city getaway!

Im going to start by saying the location is excellent. The subway is very close to the hotel and it’s only about a 20 minute walk to timesquare. It’s very centralized to all the tourist spots. With that being said the hotel is very hidden and hard to find. In addition, the rooms are incredibly small. The shower didn’t drain, the TV didn’t work and the bed felt like it was about to break. I tripped on the flooring right outside of my room every single time, it looks like they had some sort of water damage and the flooring is buckling. The hotel itself isn’t well maintained at all however the location does make up for it. For the price what can you really ask for.

nice employees, great place close to everything and at a reasonable price.. I would only recommend that the floor is washed more often and there is no kettle in the room. It was hard to find the entrance because it looks different than in the pictures on google maps. overall I really recommend it I am glad that we chose this hotel with my family 🏨♥️

It was a little hard to find because there is only one easy to miss sign on the door that is shared with another business. My wife and I had a small room with an awkwardly positioned TV but a large bathroom and shower. My son had a larger room with a small bathroom and shower. Overall, our stay was really comfortable, quiet and safe and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The best part for us was that Hotel 27 is right in the middle of within walking distance of all the dining, sights and shopping we were interested. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hotel 27 again if we ever make another trip to New York.
