The rooms/bathrooms are small. No closets, but have closet type hooks on the wall. ice machines and "ironing" rooms on each floor. No trash can in room and something that resembled a trashcan/metal bin in bathroom.

Hotel could have been cleaner. Hotel service was not great at all. Staff were not friendly - at times rude - and lacked attentiveness. Personally overheard a staff member arguing loudly and yelling back and forth with a customer at the front desk. The customer was admittedly drunk but there are better and more professional ways to handle the situation. Would not stay here again.

The room is the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. There are pegs on wall to set up mini table because otherwise there isn’t much room. It feels like a college dorm. The lobby and rest of the hotel are made for 20 year old college kids. Instead of an iron in the room, you have a steamer. There is a shared ironing room on every other floor and ice on every other floor. It is not like other Marriott’s, so if you are over 30, look for another brand.

Customer service desk - not friendly. Check in time was horribly long. Room was clean and convenient Walkable during the day Area around the hotel - careful if you are driving a car - we were warned they get broken into a lot.

The people were very friendly and the free drink and games was a nice unique touch for a hotel. The hotel room smelled really nice, but it was a bit strong. The air conditioning was nice and cold, the bed very comfortable, and it was pretty quiet. Wasn't a fan of having to take down the little table and set it up, that the chair wasn't really comfy, or that there wasn't a garbage can in the bathroom. It was very convenient to be able to park very close by in a covered parking garage, though.
