Modern 3/2 Apartment with Beautiful Balcony

Beautiful modern 2nd story apartment with spacious balcony, perfect to enjoy one of our many local beers while watching the sunset with friends. This apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. There is a full kitchen, TVs with roku for streaming, living room, kitchenette, and a washer and dryer. Off street parking is easy, our neighborhood is friendly and safe with long term local neighbors. We live downstairs if you need anything at all. Self check in makes coming and going as easy as possible!

Great spot for mardi gras
Our group ranged from my college aged son to my 78year old mom. The hosts were super helpful and had dinner recommendations for us when we asked for some. The place was a great spot for us to just crash at night, we spent all day at the parades. Some might think the neighborhood is a little sketchy, but we are very familiar with New Orleans and felt completely safe.

Great stay!
The hosts were great and very accommodating and answered our questions very quickly. The house is nicely done and very comfortable for our group. The location was pretty good, easy to Uber anywhere we wanted to go and close enough to everything! Really enjoyed our stay but it went to fast!
