My lovely house is brand new modern private very clean home with 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms with sofa bed. Walking distance to Jazz Fest Fairgrounds New Orleans , grocery, restaurants and bars. 2 miles to City Park Voodoo Fest, French quarter festival and more 3 mile uber or taxi drive to the French Quarter, casino, river walk and more. Look no longer this location is close to the big city without all the big city hassle! Ready to experience New Orleans then stay in the heart of NOLA.

New Orleans Carriage Ride 5 Star tour going thru the streets of New Orleans learning history about New Orleans Im sure you never knew.
St Louis Cathedral its another must see landmark.
Bourbon St grab a drink or 2 and enjoy all that New Orleans has to offer. Our locals are extremely nice and welcoming.

Really nice place, exactly as pictured. About 10 minute drive to French Quarter. Felt safe. Car wash across the street was noisy but more like a sound machine, not super annoying. Would be nice to have towel hooks or bars to hang wet towels. Two of the beds were really soft and uncomfortable if you have back trouble. There was not a To-Do list at check out which was greatly appreciated!

The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable living areas. The location was perfect—just a short ride to fantastic restaurants and vibrant nightlife. Only miles from everything

We drove and used Lyft for all destinations and it was super easy. Could use some hooks for towels but everything was really clean. The neighborhood felt safe and even though there was a car wash across from house it was still quiet. We went to many restaurants and did several tours and they were all conveniently located to the house.

Excellent Property!

House is even bigger and nicer than expected. Beds are extremely comfortable. Property manager gave great accommodations with supplying k-cups for the keurig and toliet paper, garbage bags. Plenty of cooking utensils. Overall just a beutiful home and it was obviously great to have a driveway to park in. Would definitely stay here again if im in the area again.

Perfect perfect perfect!

My husband and I brought my 86 yr old uncle and 88 year old mom to visit NOLA for the first time. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay during our visit. The house was absolutely perfect. It was clean and beautifully appointed. It felt like a home and not a rental. So relaxing and comfy. Beds were superb, bathrooms were pristine. Next time we are in NOLA, we will definitely try to book here again.

Great Stay

We had a family girls trip and had a great time. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. There is a carwash across the street so at night it was all lit up however, that made us feel safer in the area, in the morning it was running but wasn’t too bad. Overall the place was great and we had a good time. I would definitely recommend. The Host answered all our questions we had even when it was 11 pm so that was great.

Great Stay Perfect Location

We visit NOLA several times a year to see my son and his family and we are always on the hunt for a great vacation rental, this one just made our favorites list. The home is just as pictured, actually better. Very clean, comfortable and good location. Huge perk and uncommon in Nola, a driveway for safe, off-street parking. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to everything. Kitchen is newly remodeled and well stocked. Master bathroom is great with large walking shower and separate soaking tub. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay.
