"Lovely hotel, excellent view of the river, baseball stadium. Quick walk to theaters and markets. Awesome Greek restaurant right across the street where the owner serves each table - fabulous food. The hotel was wonderfully decorated for Christmas and looked magical. We took the opportunity to see MJ the Musical just three blocks away and the next day walked to the Christmas market. Staff helped us find the underground which we took to the incline."

"The hotel was full of families that were there for a dance competition, so of course it was extremely busy in the lobby. I felt the front desk staff was not on top of things due to the full occupancy of the hotel. My example is that fact that no one informed us of the parking garage policy upon check in. We parked in the adjacent parking garage for two nights. Our parking was $68 dollars. When we checked out they informed us that we needed to have our ticket stamped as soon as we checked in to...

"Nice hotel. Convenient. Expected good quality from SpringHill Marriott. Staff was fairly friendly though I’d like them to be more engaging. Was not told when they would service the room but my last night, there was a knock at 5pm from housekeeping, which I declined because it was so late. Walking distance to some restaurants but it was super cold. Uber/Lyft was very convenient and fast. "

"Friendly staff. Got upgraded to a suite and it was very large and spacious. Appreciated the free evening buffet after a long drive and the breakfast before heading back on the road. Would definitely stay at a Drury Inn property again. "

"The only option available to book was the part of the lodge that was not updated. We asked for an upgrade at checkin but they were not able to accomodate. Instead the front desk staff provided free breakfast for our stay which was very generous. Loved my spa booking and the staff in the spa. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We got the same server, Willi, at both breakfasts. He was so nice and made it a pleasure. Everything needed was onsite. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! "
