"This was a perfect no fuss property in the denser business area of Pittsfield. I suggest this area over the residential areas. Room was really great. There is a separate bedroom with it's own tv. The furniture and bed are not the newest or most luxurious, but they are comfortable. Stayed comfortably for 3 nights to attend Tanglewood shows. Self-check in was easy and great for people who are coming in after doing a lot of things on the trip in. Would definitely stay again."

"The property was beautiful! We did not get to stay as long as we wanted but we will definitely be coming back to this little cottage. It was very clean and decorated well! The host was immediately responsive but we should note that there was absolutely no cellphone service which made communicating with guests a little difficult. "

"An absolutely horrible experience! My family (2 adults and my 6 year old son) had reserved this so-called hotel for $284 in June for a 13th Aug stay. After a full day at the Berkshires, we checked-in at 6 pm. This place is in a terrible location (unpaved roads, still-in construction steps). To our horror we found that the room had No Air-Conditioning. It was 90 degrees outside and all they had in the room was a ceiling fan. There were bugs in the room due to the heat. "Simply loved the property! Enjoyed relaxing on the porch and sitting by the waterfall. Location was central to other sites we wanted to visit, too! We lost power overnight in the storm but made it work. Owner kept in contact with us and even started working on alternatives for us! Ran to get batteries for the lantern the house had and ice for the cooler to save our food! A few more candles and flashlights would have been great, but otherwise, a gem! Thku for your hospitality!"
