"I loved the house but there were so many things wrong , it was hard to enjoy it. The cabin, porch,and grill were VERY dirty. Inside the floors were not mopped There were only seven forks( for up to 15 people.) I knew we would see a few bugs but i didn't count on multiple mice (which we saw every night) there were droppings and traps everywhere, so keep nothing on the counters! We never saw the dock it was to overgrown"

"Yes, this house is on a farm, and Wow! what a beautiful place. The pictures accurately represent what the house looks like, but fall far short of representing the beauty of the property. Make sure you take an opportunity to watch the sunrise from the front porch, absolutely breathtaking. The house has everything you need or may want, right up to K-cups for the Kuerig. "Great cabin in close proximity to several distilleries. Communication with the owner was excellent. She answered all our questions very quickly. The cabin was clean and decorated for Christmas, which our family loved. We enjoyed the trails and my son found that their pond does have 5lb largemouth bass. "There are a few issues with the listing and the property. Very happy overall with our stay. However, second bathroom door does not latch. No heat register in the second bathroom which makes it very cold. Master bedroom door does not latch. Grounds were not kept up very well. Extensions cords laying across the back sidewalk. Yard is NOT fenced in like the description indicates. We loved the location and the overall layout of the house, just needs some attention. "
