Relaxing Tipi Stay - River Access & Firepit

Welcome to Deer Run Tipi 2, a unique glamping experience with access to the beautiful Guadalupe River in New Braunfels! Our Tipi cabins offer a cozy and comfortable retreat for families, with sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests in three queen beds. Each Tipi is air-conditioned and insulated, ensuring a pleasant stay regardless of the season.

Inside each cabin, you will find a small kitchenette equipped with a sink, refrigerator, and kitchen items, making it convenient to prepare basic meals. The designated private bathrooms are located close to your cabin and feature a cabinet sink, plumbed toilet, and a spacious walk-in tiled shower. Safety and convenience are ensured with coded locks.

Our Tipis are designed to encourage outdoor enjoyment. You can gather by the firepit or BBQ grills (charcoal not provided), listen to music, and simply relax in nature. A short stroll down our Path of Positivity leads you to the Guadalupe River, where you can unwind on the waterfront deck or take a dip in the water.

If napping is your thing, our windowless Tipis provide the perfect ambiance for an afternoon siesta after tubing along the river. We also offer outdoor games like ping-pong, cornhole, and tetherball, but feel free to bring your own games too!

For tubing adventures, we provide our own shuttle stop during the warmer months. Alternatively, you can enjoy the waterfront for soaking or floating at any time. Nearby, you'll find plenty of activities such as boat rentals, tubing, fly-fishing, bird-watching, and enjoying the local restaurants, wineries, and breweries. If you're in the mood for some live music, the Whitewater Amphitheater is just a few miles away. Check for all upcoming shows!

In addition to our Tipi cabins, we also have smaller bungalow cabins for groups of 1-4 guests. Whether you're looking to rent one Tipi or multiple units, our accommodations will exceed your expectations.
