"The Hume is an excellent hotel. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included due to my having booked through a third party. If your margins with third-party bookings make the complementary breakfast un-offerable, maybe you should consider cutting your ties with the booking app. I was travelling with two friends, and I'll tell you this was a pretty negative issue for all three of us. I would like to particularly commend all of your front desk staff; just excellent, period!"

"Really liked the stay and the convenience. The only odd thing is our room didn’t have a proper bathroom door it was a frosted glass door that didn’t lock or anything. Fairly bare bones (no microwave/fridge) but perfect for the night!! Highly suggest staying here. The pool downstairs was full too but 10$/hour"

"Train didn't bother me at all, but the doors into the hotel are spaced along its entire length and we're slamming a lot, the nose from them was much more of a nuisance, especially early in the morning."
