Sleeping quarters great, husband had to shovel snow on spa deck and porch. Spa cover was broken and hard to put on and off. Hole in LR couch, tried to keep covered with a pillow. Very convenient to lodge, kitchen very adequate for meals, we all had a great weekend!! Would definitely recommend for rental!
