"Customer service was top-notch. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The property itself was overall old and in need of updating, but was clean and in working order. The room linen was clean, the dead bolt on the door took a bit of shimmying to get closed. When I got out of the shower the floor was pretty dirty and had to rewash my feet and put socks on before I touched the floor.
