"Our stay at The Lenox Hotel was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Back Bay, with easy access to the T, fantastic dining, and great shopping. The highlight was our cozy in-room fireplace, which made for an incredibly warm and inviting retreat on a chilly evening. The front desk staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and helpful recommendations. We can’t wait to return!"

"LOVED the location, comfort, staff! The room was clean and warm (perfect for the winter), the staff were helpful and friendly (esp. Kendall and Edward) - quick to suggest GREAT restaurants and knowledgeable about local history. If I ever make it back to Boston I'll be sure to book here! THANKS y'all for a great stay!"

"We had a nice night despite the cold weather. We were alittle upset the pool and hottub were closed due to ice and wind but the hotel staff were very nice about it and made our stay great. We had a drink and apps at lifted and loved it. Great location. Room was big. Bed comfy and nice tub. "
