« Family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out! The home sits above a beautiful cove, with some construction of a tennis court underway. « Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Villa! We absolutely loved the jaw-dropping view from the huge outdoor patio balcony. We ate our meals and played games outside with the breathtaking view of Brewer’s Bay in the background. « Mindy is an exceptional property manager. She goes above and beyond. The Villa was much better than described. It is the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed at and the cleaning service came twice during our 7 day visit. The laundry isn’t available to guests but the cleaning service washes anything you want when they come to clean. The Villa is a short walk to a beautiful beach and at the mist 4 other people would be there. We loved the whole experience and will be back! »

« Stayed with our family and kids at the house for one week. Kids, teens and 4 year old loved it. The pool was incredible and the beach right down the road from the house was one of our favorite beaches. We visited the beach multiple times and never saw another person there. « We had a fabulous stay at the house. The beach was a short walk or drive (it’s steep) and it was an unexpected treasure. Note: the waves are a bit aggressive. The house had beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler to use. The hot tub was a great way to end the evening. We used Island Time for water taxi, car rental and powerboat rental. They were great to work with. We would absolutely stay here again! »
