"We stayed 3 nights on the 9th floor while in town for our daughter’s USAF BMT graduation. This is an excellent property and we enjoyed our stay. Reviewers mention the elevator being noisy and it is a little loud, but it wasn’t that much of an issue for us. Maybe on a lower floor or during a busier time for the hotel it could become annoying. We would definitely stay here again. Very friendly employees and very clean."

"Had a quick overnight stay and the location is very convenient within Downtown San Antonio. Parking is free but there may be times that it could be challenging due to limited spots even though street parking is available as well. Room is decent and staff is accommodating"
