A large country house in the small village of Pruneda that has been created from the beatiful conversion of an 18th Century farmhouse, which has been became into 3 delightfull and well furnished holiday homes.
It is a quite setting in the heart of Asturias´s Cider producing area and has lovely views of the surrounding fields. Apple orchards are a common sight and nearby Nava (3km) which has the most interesting museum dedicated to the production of the local brew, hosts the Annual Festival of Cider in July. Nava is also good for shops, restaurants and cafes.
The surroundings are green and hilly -just the South of Nava is a range of beatiful sierras for walking. The motorway is easily accesible which makes getting around Asturias very easy. The beach is about 25 minutes drive away, and the city of Oviedo just 20 minutes away.

Ground floor consists of a confortable open-plan kitchen and living area and a shower room. There is a double sofa-bed, if required, but this is only suitable for children because it is shorter than a normal bed.
