"The property is beautiful and well appointed. The only thing I would suggest is it could be cleaner, especially the kitchen. It was very dusty and the cabinets and drawers were not that clean. I am sure you are paying a cleaning company well and you may want to doa spot check. Also - no hot pads and need a few new cookie sheets(rusty.)"

"This is the most perfect place to go for much needed rest and relaxation! The house is perfect for two. It’s beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a short getaway. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect. We especially enjoyed sitting in the deck watching the sun shine down on beautiful Smith Lake. The bed is very comfortable and that shower is amazing! We will definitely return! "

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Coffee on the porch to start our days, and then relaxing by the firepit to cap it off. My kids loved playing on the dock and rocks along the shore. They could have spent a whole week down there. My one criticism is the lighting in the living room / kitchen is lacking. It seemed dark in there, even in the middle of the day with all the windows. Other than that, it was great!"
