« You could not ask for a more beautiful setting. The fall colors as a backdrop to this great cabin were stunning. The house is beautifully and comfortably decorated. We loved the outdoor gas fire table. This is our second stay and we will be back. We recommended this home for any VMI family as it is a quick beautiful drive to post and a peaceful respite for your cadet, with a permit if course. »

For those more adventurous, the mile walk into town is perfect workout (big hill coming back in though!)Was a little large for our needs but ability to bring our dog outweighed size! « For a quick getaway birthday weekend, we took the family and the kids friends for a trip to Lexington. We spent the day at natural Bridge and came home to a wonderfully delightful house! Everyone had ample room for private time as well as well laid out dining and family rooms for games. The mid teenage kids played a variation of Flashlight tag in the fence in property. « My husband and I a long with our 2 dogs had an extremely relaxing stay at the Comfy Creekside house. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked and organized as well as clean. Our dogs also wanted for nothing: extra bowls, bedding, and supplies. The fenced yard was great for them, and they also enjoyed wading in the Creek. « Such a convenient location with short drives to stores and the Animal Safari. The home is very clean and full of anything you could need to feel at home. « Property is set on a gorgeous lot overlooking a mountain. The house is comfortable, clean, and stocked with all necessary items. We cooked most meals in and relaxed on the oversized deck swing. Our days were spent hiking. We managed 2 5-hour hikes. We liked the Little Cove Mountain/AT trial better than the Flat Top Mountain trail because it had more interesting areas and better views.
