"From what I understand, the building switches off the ability to use A/C at the beginning of October, and there is only the ability to switch on the heat. Since it is still warm outside, our room was between 79-81deg F (25-26 deg C) the entire stay. The high temperature in the room made it too hot to sleep at night and was very uncomfortable. There is no recycling on site and the buffet breakfast was the same every morning."

"This was one of the most luxurious hotels Ive stayed. The room was super spacious. Staff was very friendly and provided top notch service. Hotel is near lotte world. "Staying here was a disappointment. The hotel location was convenient to a subway station, but tucked down an unattractive alley. The room looked nice with some nice style elements, but it seemed dirty. The toilet was not completely clean and we needed to clean it some. They kept some cleaning supplies in the one closet with hangers for your clothes, so we used them. The room was humid due to the weather, but the AC did not seem to work. And we only had a fan that helped at night. We checked in...
