"One of the best, best westerns I have been to. Very clean, plenty of amenities including a welcome pack of water and biscuits, pool and spa, water refill station, free hot choc and coffee machine, etc. Great room, comfy bed, clean, fantastic staff. Could not be happier."

"There were a number of broken and missing items in this home. When we arrived, one of the toilets was broken. Kevin sent a handyman the following day. We hoped that the rest of the visit in this home would be relaxing but the first time we ran the dishwasher, it spewed water into the sink, across the counter and onto the floor. The garbage disposal was broken. The towel racks in the main bathroom were broken/missing. The shower handles were very hard to turn and both of the shower curtain rods...

"A good stay for a family. Pictures were accurate (even a little nicer than pictured). Communication seemed delayed and it was difficult to get in the door to the complex the first time (once you have the fob it's easy). Hot tub was nice, pool was too cool to use (in January). Overall, we had a good stay and would stay again."
