Hotel bem localizado, mas precisando de alguns reparos. Quem quiser curtir a praia indo a pé, tem que considerar as ladeiras de Ponta Negra para a volta ao hotel. Vista deslumbrante do quarto. Um dia durante a estadia, um dos elevadores não funcionou, mas como tinha o outro, não passamos por nenhum aperto. Piscina boa, funcionários muito simpáticos, quartos e banheiros limpos. Ar condicionado antigo, com funcionamento sofrível - no nosso último dia, o do quarto principal parou de funcionar. Café da manhã muito simples, não sei se pela pouca quantidade de hóspedes, devido a baixa temporada, ou se essa é uma constante.

Não pretendo voltar.
Essa foi a segunda vez que eu fiquei no Littoral. Ano passado eu já tinha achado que o hotel estava razoável, esse ano alguns problemas se repetiram, outros pioraram. Os quartos do apartamento não possuem chaves, isso é terrível pra quem não viaja sozinho. O wifi você não pode contar, além de muito lento o sinal é bem fraco. O ar condicionado do quarto do casal não estava funcionando, apenas ventilava. O café da manhã estava horrível, não tinha nenhuma variedade. Não tinha nada demais também. Apenas pão de forma, presunto, queijo, um bolo (que no dia que fui comer estava cheio de 'liga'). Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. A piscina estava interditada praticamente todos os dias (e olha que era alta temporada).

Hotel com ótimo custo benefício
Estive nesse hotel juntamente com minha esposa no período de 08 a 11 de dezembro de 2017. Tem uma boa estrutura, os funcionários são bem atenciosos e os apartamentos são bem espaçosos e confortáveis!!! Está bem localizado em Ponta Negra. A limpeza também é feita diariamente e não temos o que reclamar... A única coisa que poderia melhorar é o café da manhã que é bem simples e com pouca variedade. No geral gostei bastante e se voltar a Natal, esse hotel será uma das minhas opções de hospedagem!!!
