The Lazy C house is located close to I-65 for a quick trip to downtown Nashville and is less than 3 miles to Main Street in Historic Franklin.
New master shower with rain head and marble tile floor is ready for use as well as new beds with mattress/springs for your comfort.
Keyless front door entry with code changes between each guest.

Beautiful and clean home!

This VRBO was very nice, accurate description, and the host provided us with snacks, drinks, plush towels and comfy beds.She even had half and half for our coffee!Rooms are large, kitchen complete with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The home was decorated with all things "Franklin" and suggestions for dining and shoppingWe would definety stay here again.

My husband and I took my Mother to visit my brother who lives in Franklin. We stayed at The Lazy C and it was a great choice. It was a quiet area and good central location to everything we wanted to do. The house was clean and well stocked. We would stay there againwould stay and well stocked up

We just loved our stay in this home. Instantly felt comfortable and relaxed by the beautifully decorated and roomy home. The kitchen had everything we needed and mini moon pies! We had a great experience at Joyce’s property. Everything was very clean when we got there, the kitchen was fully stocked and even had nice little extras like coffee and sodas in the fridge. Starting the New Year in Franklin

Our family had the best time in Franklin and a huge part of that was Joyce’s hospitality! From the excellent communication to all of the little details, we would highly recommend this location. We stayed during the week between Christmas and New Year and were excited to discover that the home was decorated for the holidays complete with a tree and cute seasonal bedding. There was a coffee bar along with drinks and snacks which was a fun touch. Everything we needed for our stay was at our fingertips including great local recommendations for dining. We adore the town of Franklin and the surrounding area and will certainly be back. There is no doubt that we will return to this same home if it is available!

Just a very comfortable house to stay in. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and this visit did not disappoint. We enjoyed a glass of wine by the fire pit and played some bag toss. The house is well stocked with just about everything you need. Highly recommend!

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood

My family enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen and on the grill in the private backyard. We explored downtown Franklin and walking trails in south Nashville. We all slept great on comfortable beds. Many thanks to our friendly and responsive host!

We had a lovely family break at the Lazy C house. Everything was as described, the house is very comfortable, we didnt find ourselves short of any equipment. We were able to visit Nashville very easily and arrive back to the house for some evening relaxation.
