Great stay!
We were in town for a wedding and had two couples staying here. Everything was great! No problems checking in. It was clean and well decorated. The rooftop patio was great, we were even able to watch some fireworks from the patio. We were worried about the air conditioning given temps were forecasted around 100 degrees during our stay, but the air kept up and was comfortable the entire time! We stayed in this area because it was close to some other family members but it was overall a good location even for going to Lower Broadway, Midtown, Gulch, etc. all were only about a 5-10 minute Uber ride. Fat Bottom Brewery was in walking distance, only about 2-3 blocks away. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend!

Clean modern and comfortable. Loved the rooftop deck. The neighborhood is not super walkable (not enough sidewalks) but it's just a short drive to midtown/downtown. Great freeway access.

Short drive to so many things
Beautiful, clean, quiet rental. No dressers, tables or even suitcase racks in bedrooms, so plan to get creative. A binder / local guide book would be a helpful addition - including details on outdoor fire pit, tv settings, local places to eat etc. otherwise it was perfect for our 3 generation family of 4 and super convenient to so many places we were going to!

The Nations - Kentucky Ave
We were pleasantly surprised by all of the unexpected amenities. We asked and were told there wasn’t an elevator, and yet there was one. That brought a smile to all of our faces. The kitchen was well stocked, more than expected. My wife loved the coffee pot. Surplus towels and linens, detergent and soap. made staying more relaxing. The location was convenient~ 15 minutes from Broadway, and a nice brewery only 2 blocks away. Would definitely recommend!
