This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps four. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. One bedroom & One Full bath. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in the bedroom. Two Smart TVs, one in living room and one in the bedroom. A coffee maker, coffee/tea and toaster is provided to get your morning started!

Excellent Weekend Spot
While in town for a race in downtown Nashville, this was a convenient spot for my sister and I to stay! Parking was easy, there were always scooters available to rent to ride downtown. Place was nice and clean with plenty of easy instructions! Would stay again next time I visit!

Great stay on the river
We loved this spot on the river. We had one 80 degree day and spent a few hours that afternoon sitting by the pool. Broadway is an easy one mile walk along the river. I highly recommend renting scooters as well. Great trip.

This is a great unit for someone that wants to enjoy a vacation in Nashville. We were close to everything we wanted to do and close enough to eat out or have food delivered. Plenty of parking under cover which was extremely nice. Would definitely stay again.

Location was quite nice, within walking distance to numerous restaurants/bars. Free parking and plenty of room. Two small suggestions...I'd prefer a more comfortable mattress and adding a pizza slicer to your kitchen utensils. Otherwise, much better than the more expensive hotels nearby.

Clean and cozy
The apartment is very well-maintained, clean, cozy & comfortable. Parking is ample, free and covered. Property owner very responsive. We did walk downtown from the apartment during the day, but personally felt it would be unsafe after dark & used Uber. Would stay again though.
