"The hotel is very near the airport. If you're terminal is 2, you may opt to walk from the hotel to terminal 2. Free shuttle bus is on time, coming in and going out (as usual in Japan). The room is spacious, good food in their restaurants, tbey have convenient store inside the hotel and the souvenir shop is really cheap. "

"This is a more Western style hotel which I admittedly appreciate. Our room was very large unlike the other hotels we stayed in here lol. This hotel is beautiful and with wonderful full services. Including shuttles around the area. There’s a lot to see in the town of Narita! We only spend 3 total nights here but we loved this hotel. Definitely recommend. Arigato!!"

"Very convenient hotel near Narita Airport, for an overnight flight. Shuttle is every half an hour, from location #26. Breakfast is very good, buffet style with several options. We also had diner a la carte, but there is a very good buffet also. They even give a pijama, so you do not have to use yours for one night. "
