The apartment has incredible views from wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows; It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, Living room and spacious lanai. The apartment is furnished with lively contemporary furniture. It has two large Flat panel TV’s; A 55" TV in the master bedroom and a 65" TV in the living room. We have a telephone, Wi-Fi, complete kitchen with utensils. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment. This unit is two flight up. (and there is an elevator)

ONE MILE FROM THE BEACH. This unit is in the beautiful and famed Park Shore Resort in Naples.
The location could not be any better or more convenient. We are two blocks form Restaurants, grocery stores pharmacy, and almost anything else you may wish. We are one mile from the famed Gulf beaches, Venetian Village, Pelican Bay area. A very short drive to Tin City, the famed 5th Ave South and the most cherished 3rd Street South.

The location is great, the complex has a nice pool and restaurant, but the unit is in serious need of an update. The owner was very nice and responsive to issues, but the unit was not well stocked. I expect that he will address this for future renters.

Perfect spot
We were in town for a sports tournament and this was the perfect spot. Space for our family to spread out and close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants and just 15-20 min from the fields. Elliott was an excellent host and checked to make sure all was well with check in and was responsive when I had a question.

This condo property was nice because in addition to other amenities, there is an onsite restaurant. The condo is convenient to many restaurants, grocery store, and pharmacy. If U we’re in Naples again, I would stay at Park Resort.

Consider staying AFTER renovations
The condo was dated but clean, the host was very responsive and the location is perfect! HOWEVER - I would NOT consider staying during the week UNTIL the renovations are done. They begin reno's at 7 AM with a jack hammer, pounding and crew screaming to each other over the noise. This continues ALL day long so you CAN'T stay in the room - you must leave. I did message Elliot about the noise, is response was "my note fell short in anticipating all possibilities". Fell short was an understatement! He did remind me that he gave a discount, however the small discount doesn't make up for the fact we literally could not return to the room until the end of the day. Thankfully we only had 1.5 week days. There was not work being done on Saturday. Once the renovations are done I highly recommend this unit. The resort grounds are lovely, pool is fabulous and the location can't be beat.

Nice place, great location
This is our second stay at the Park Shore Resort. It fits our needs perfectly. Quiet, nice grounds with great amenities (large swimming pool, tennis/pickleball, friendly staff), walking distance to grocery stores and coffee shops. We even walked to the beach, which is a longer walk but a nice one. The units was clean and had comfortable furnishing. Clear and timely communication with Elliot. We'll be back

We had a great stay at Park Shores Resort! Perfect location 5 minutes from the beach! Pool was lovely and Elliot communicated with us all the while. There was some construction on-going, but really only heard it from the Lanai. Nice having a restaurant on-site as well!

Beautiful Complex and Comfortable Apartment
During our vacation to Naples, we stayed at the Park Shore Resort. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. Our girls loved their room and enjoyed having a view of the property right out their window. The kitchen had all of the tools and gadgets we needed, plus several more. We also found that plenty of supplies were provided like soap, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Again, more than we needed. The resort was beautiful and everyone we met was very friendly and helpful, whether they were residents or other visitors like us. The apartment and the facilities seem to be well maintained. Even though there was construction taking place on the lanais of a neighboring building, it was not very loud and we didn’t find it to be disruptive to us at all. The resort is located close to major thoroughfares and shopping centers, which made it easy to find a place to eat or grab anything we wanted or needed. The location also made it easy to get to excursions in the region. Last but not least, Elliot was a very responsive host, answering all of our questions within a few hours. He even checked on us a couple of times while we were there just to make sure we were able to find what we needed. Thanks, Elliot!!

Great stay
Park Shore is an ideal location in Naples for a getaway. You are close enough to the downtown without all the congestion. The resort’s pool, workout room and common areas at this facility are kept clean and well maintained. All the staff from maintenance to the desk help are so friendly and respectful. And having the Hogfish Harry’s restaurant on sight is a real plus. Enjoy your stay as we have done for the past two January’s.

Property is in a great location with lovely grounds. The Host is extremely responsive. Internet was down over the holidays at the entire complex (not owners fault) we did mention it to him and he offered to buy/split a US SIM card so we could keep in touch at home with family and with work.. it’s the little things that owners do that set them apart. A few days later the internet was restored and he actually called back to check in! The condo itself has comfortable beds, and everything you would need to feel at home.

Nice place.
Good place, located not far from downtown Naples and the beach. We liked our stay at this apartment. My kids spent quite a lot of time at the pool . Communication with Elliot was easy , he answers right away . All in all I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.
