"The beds were so uncomfortable, we never did get a restful sleep during our three night stay and the rooms need to be updated. Old carpets in the rooms and in the hallways. Old and stained couch cushions. When we asked for a room refresh and extra towels, no snacks were replenished in our room. We had to ask for snacks and although there were sheets, we had to ask for a blanket for the sofa bed. A two drink limit at Manager's Reception and they mark your "drink card."
