The "NAPA ART HOUSE" is a home filled with original, colorful art. It is a unique, 3 bedroom 2 bath, Craftsman style home built in 1920 and located in Old Town Napa. It is just a few blocks away from world-class dining, over 50 wine tasting rooms, microbreweries, and shopping. There is a robust nightlife featuring The Blue Note, Uptown Theater, and Copia. Make plans now to stay during multi-day events including Bottle Rock, The Napa Valley Film Festival, Flavor! Napa Valley (5 days of fabulous food and wine downtown and around the Valley) and the PGA Golf Tournament at Silverado.

Owned and operated by a local artist and her husband, the home is light, airy, comfortable, and filled with colors found in the original paintings hung throughout the house. All paintings in the Napa Art House are available to purchase.

The property features a secluded back yard with gardens, a new large hot tub, gas barbecue, an expansive deck, and comfortable outdoor furniture. There is also a separate cottage with a new comfortable convertible sofa sleeper. It is business-ready; a quiet spot with Wi-Fi, a large desk, and big screen TV, the perfect place to catch up on some work, simply relax, or take a nap.

There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a gas stove, ice maker, microwave, and espresso maker, everything you need for a wine tasting, simple meal, or a feast!
The NAPA ART HOUSE is perfect for entertaining either inside or outside. It is a great place to stay while enjoying our beautiful Napa Valley.
If you are interested in a private chef on the property, we can help you work out the details.
Our on site Property Manager has a private entrance to the second floor unit. He does not share or have views of the backyard, laundry or parking while guests are enjoying the house. But he is readily available if any problems or questions arise.

Wonderful Napa home and location
Have stayed here multiple times and that is because it is a beautiful home with a picturesque backyard and a short walk to Fuller Park and downtown Napa. Very quite neighborhood and comfortable accommodations for all of us - 5 adults. This has become a staple for us for our annual visits to Napa. You won't be disappointed in any aspect of this home. Highly recommend.

An Absolutely Amazing Stay!
My family (4 adults) stayed at the Napa Art House for our yearly trip to the BottleRock Music Festival, and we loved the property. Within 15 minutes of walking distance to downtown shopping and eats, we had no trouble walking to and from the festival each day. The amenities were fantastic, including the hot tub in the private back yard, ground french roast coffee waiting for us when we arrived, and a handwritten note from the property manager welcoming us to the property. All in all, we loved out stay and would definitely stay again next year!

Cycling and Wining fun
Thanks for a great house to stay in with friends. Excellent kitchen and BBQ so we cooked in and enjoyed the big kitchen and patio out back. Really a perfect place to stay for a group of old friends. Way better than a hotel!

Comfortable, roomy indoor and outdoor property
Our small family outing to Napa of three adult couples fit well into this house. The backyard garden, hot tub and deck were private and comfortable. We loved the front veranda as well. The kitchen is large enough for everyone to participate in cooking and clean up. Plenty of driveway and street parking.

Beautiful home in a great location
The house and backyard is very beautiful! We especially enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, the patio and the hot tub. The house is located close to the downtown area of Napa and it was easy to get the the wineries to the North. We appreciated the notebook and basket filled with suggestions and maps.

Great space in a great location!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Art House. The living quarters were great for our group staying in Napa. The backyard was a great bonus and provided a fun space for us to relax outside. The location is very close to downtown Napa. Driving took about as long as riding our bikes! Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Wonderful property!!
Beautiful property located within a short walk to downtown Napa. Close to Fuller Park and easy access to Hwy 29. House was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful backyard and additional bungalow off the patio. Very relaxing and quite neighborhood. Amazing experience
Kathy, Lupe, and Eduardo were amazing hosts. The property was even better than it’s photos and was perfect for our group of 6. So much detail and car to add in little things that were so helpful during our stay. Had to message twice about minor things and Kathy’s response was almost instantaneous. great house for a reasonable price
House was within walking distance to some restaurants and market. Great patio. Slept 8 of us with an air mattress. Did have a leak in the ceiling of the master BR due to AC. The property manager responded and was helpful. Nice porch. Would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful
The photos in the listing do not do this property justice!! The backyard is an oasis and so beautiful with all the flowers blooming this spring. It’s a 15 minute, very enjoyable walk through the neighborhood to downtown Napa. The hosts have thought of everything and we had plenty of towels, linens, mirrors, and dishware for our group of 8. If I’m lucky enough to make it back out to Napa, I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for having us and hosting our girlfriend weekend!

Nice home
We enjoyed our stay. The house is located in a nice neighborhood close to downtown. Obviously, it is an older home so there are creaks and hard to close doors but that just adds to the houses charm. It is kept up and has everything you will need in the kitchen. Please take time to seal the back bedroom window, when the wind blows it rattles making sleeping difficult. We wedged some paper in between the glass and frame to reduce the noise but it needs a more permanent fix. Other than that a very nice place to stay. Thanks for everything.
