Overall, the stay was pleasant. The location is super convenient and the facilities are good. Things that could be better:
1. Front desk personnel could be more polite while answering the phone. For example, the way the calls are answered currently is by saying “Front Desk”, whereas some other hotel employees would say, “Front Desk, how may I assist you?” or, “Greetings! How may I help you today?”
2. Given how cold it is during the winter and not all of the room is carpeted, it was a bit shocking to find that they don’t provide flip-flops. That’s a must have item.

I love staying at the property because it's beautiful, private, dog-friendly, well-equipped with essentials, heated flooring, king bed, early check-ins, friendly staff and great patios.
What would make it even better are extra blankets to bring onto the patio while watching the waves and a burner to have the option to make a meal on those longer stays.
It was a wonderful stay! Thank you!
