Summary:
Welcome to First Light – relaxation awaits!

This direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in Nags Head – right in the center of it all! Within an easy drive of many great local attractions including the beautifully renovated Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, we’re sure you will agree that the location can’t be beat.

Fall asleep each night to the sounds of crashing waves and wake up to beautiful sunrises from your porch with unobstructed views of the ocean. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs (2), cable, WiFi, and an in-suite washer and dryer.

Sleeping arrangements include: one king-size bed, one twin bed, and one queen bed. Linens (bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and sheets) are provided by an independent vendor and the beds will be made when you arrive!

The property offers direct beach access and a well-maintained people elevator to bring you to and from this second floor unit (third if counting the pull under parking spaces). Two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills in the common area, and a children’s play space are also available for your enjoyment.

Our awesome caretakers, Mike and Lisa, live onsite and are as committed to your experience as we are.

We absolutely loved this condo. Everything inside was redone and new and modernized. The location was amazing. We were on the second floor, so there was a direct view to the ocean with no dune blocking you. At night I slept with the door open with the screen shut, and fell asleep to the sound of the waves crashing the shore. It was total bliss. Love the unit and every single thing about it and would love to stay here again! Love the Nags Head area and being so close to the Jeanette’s Pier.

We absolutely adored every second at First light. It's beautifully renovated and decorated. Bed was super company. The VIEW of the ocean can't be beat. It was a real treat to have the elevator to help get our things upstairs. Our new go-to place when we want to stay on the OBX!

Wonderful vacation
We love this property. The units are so well maintained and comfortable. It is convenient to the beach and the restaurants. The swimming pools are a great alternative to the ocean. We have stayed here two years in a row in different units and had a great experience in each. Pier View is definitely on our favorites list.

Awesome Condo
I loved this condo! It was beautiful & had everything you could need. One thing I really appreciated was having a wagon there to use. Being by myself, it was very helpful. The unit was clean and comfortable. Check in is simple and the host got in touch with us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Love the location and balcony. We saw some amazing sunrises and dolphins swimming while sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. This is our second trip to Pierview. Thanks for the complimentary Duck Donut coupon. We had a wonderful time in the OBX. Hope to return one day.

This condo has everything needed for a great beach stay. The ocean view is excellent - sun or storm. I enjoyed both sitting on the beach as well as listening to the wild roaring waves during the Easter rain and wind storm. I will return to this property.

While the buildings exterior is dated the unit is very well maintained with everything you need. We enjoyed sitting in the living room and looking out through the sliding glass doors. Always something to see even in the colder months.

Amazing Location and View
The unit is as advertised. Great location. The units itself was perfect for our family of four. It was well stocked. Nothing better than having breakfast or dinner on the deck watching dolphins. The beach in front of us was never extremely crowed at all. Magical area.

A wonderful relaxing place. Provides many amenities to make the trip relaxing. Two pools, and lots of sunshine. Beach access is challenging due to the build up of dunes to control erosion. Not recommended for elderly unless you have assistance.

Pier View #204 - Such a cute unit. Tastefully decorated. Extremely clean. Building might be a little outdated, but unit inside is very modern. Electric fireplace adds charm. One of light switches on bedroom wall controls power to cable box, make sure you have it on! I would stay here again.
