"Everything was good, the rooms, the beds and kitchen with utensils. Cottage #5 Has 3 Bedrooms, and unfortunately has only one full bathroom. Wish there was atleast 2 Baths. The door lock had pass code and it didn't work as the touch display on the door lock didn't appear for tapping the pass codes many times. The management didn't replace the battery in the door lock unit, due to which we were unable to enter the property the next day morning when we went to witness the sunrise at 6am , and...

"Brooks & Dawn took care of us over the weekend with a Multitude of Customer Services Second to None. We have been coming to Naggs Head Inn for the last 5-6 years and the Tradition will continue if their Services Remain the Same! We Love the Naggs Head Inn and their Staff and will be back next year. Our 1 complaint that doesn’t effect this Survey is Our Shower Curtain in Our Bathroom was a foot to short and the floors were very wet which we cleaned up every morning. "House was cleanly, lovely quiet neighborhood. Vrbo provided a number for any assistance we might have needed. They were very responsive and helpful. The house is as pictured it was beautiful and well maintained. There were stains on the carpet but that is to be expected when allowing pets😊 overall a great experience for my four children, our dog, my husband and myself. "
