"Some really nice amenities (like the private bath up the hillside—don’t forget to slide the window open so you get that hot bath in the forest experience, the lounge with coffee and tea and nice windows). And some really lovely service (thanks Adi!). Nice place to relax after doing the nakasendo ..."

"We stayed here while hiking the nakasando trail and it was the best decision. The onsen was beautiful. Everything was clean. Staff were superb. The dinner and breakfast buffets were amazing. Can’t wait to come back."
