Casa Tavera is fabulous! The staff here are exceptional, the rooms comfortable, the location is perfect. I would highly recommend Casa Taverna to anyone traveling to Merida.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Tavera. We stayed for 6 nights. The staff at the hotel are amazing. All are very friendly and accommodating. My husband had a fall and needed Medical attention. They were so helpful and kind. The rooms are quite large. It’s a very private accommodation with a small number if rooms which makes it quite special. It’s a boutique hotel in a great area. The breakfasts were delicious. A different selection each day. It’s close to all the attractions yet on a street that is away from the commotion. There is live music close by including a great jazz bar with reasonable prices for drinks/food. If you like to try different/local food there are lots of choices nearby. All in all I would definitely pick Casa Travera for a visit to Merida.

The staff at Casa Tavera, Amed and Celeste were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, who went above and beyond. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and loved the convenient location.

Little bit if perfect!

Casa Tavera was the perfect spot for our quick visit to Merida. Easy to find, parking, lovely rooms, sweet pool and patio, Goff breakfast and the best staff! Location is easy walking to the historic district with loads of excellent restaurants close-by. We will return!

The property was ideal for our needs. Reasonably priced, it offered many amenities and provided breakfast every morning. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. Close to down downy without being in downtown. Wonderful!!!!

Great place with excellent location

We enjoyed our stay here. They accommodate us even when we arrived really early. Service was excellent. They gave us recommendations about where to eat near by. There was no street noise in our bedroom and the bed was comfy!!!! We’ll surely return here!

Beautiful!

Absolutely WONDERFUL! The location is perfect. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean and had everything that is important to me: comfortable bed, high quality pillows and linens, well appointed bathroom with great water pressure and a mini fridge. The staff really sets this hotel apart from most! They were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be back!
