If you demand the best ocean view, unit 708 is for you. With 5 panels of ceiling to floor sliding glass doors that overlook pristine beach front. You will have a beautifully renovated clean condo with new bathrooms. Two pools and 2 hot tubs with private beach access outside.
This 1240 sq. ft. condo has much to offer. The Living room has a 65" smart TV with electric fire place. Free WiFi. 5G
All new kitchen appliances. New hardwood floors thought out both bedrooms. No carpeting anywhere.
You have access to a large balcony from both the master bedroom and living areas.
Master has a king size bed with direct ocean views.The second bedroom has 2 DOUBLE beds with large flat screen TV. The master suit has private bath with a large walkin shower walk in large private closet.
We have both washer -dryer in condo with a fully equipped kitchen with both coffee pot and Keurig. All linens and towels are included. All bedding is cleaned with Antibacterial products. Dinning area has seating for 6. Markets & Dinning close by.
One Ocean Place is equipped with 24 hour security and covered parking. This premier condo is located in beautiful Garden City, just 19 minutes from MB airport, and only 10 minutes  south of all the action offered in south Myrtle Beach living. Amazing views love the floor to ceiling windows and the swivel reclining seats by the wall. Love that they had seating for 6 but not the couch pictured but still nice. Like many condo there are no seasonings. But there is salt and pepper. Enough dish machine and dish soap for the week. That’s nice. There are nice side shelves in the second bath but they have decorations on them so we can use the space. Please remove the decorations. We all found the high top metal chairs most uncomfortable. But two seater was nice. Beach and pool access are quite a hassle. Use the community pass (requires your phone!) or bring one of 2 beach passes down to the beach. One issue dealing with rental process - Months back I had asked about a place for my luggage Saturday and we worked out with contact and I was so excited. When she sent check in instructions 2 weeks before I confirmed again the plan and then I learned it had all changed “new rule” and I was left to replan just two weeks before we arrived. Spent hours trying to reroute the plans. It was quite stressful. I’ve asked other contacts about luggage and those that said they couldn’t help I was fine with but telling me they can help then 2 weeks before never mind was quite stressful for our travel plans. This is why rental agent is a 4. She was otherwise quite helpful. The unit is by the elevator, so convenient and there was no noise from it. Ceiling fans in all the rooms. Also quite nice.

Direct ocean front with well stocked kitchen. Clean linens and towels supplied with many extras. Balcony had seating for all of us to overlook beautiful pool and hot tubs and watch adventures over the ocean. The cleanliness was impeccable The sunrise was my favorite We rented umbrellas and beach chairs, to have them set up in the morning, it was simply the best.

When we arrived at the property, it really looked beautiful. Exactly like the picture. However, as we moved in it was obvious that the place had not been deep cleaned in a while. Hair in the bathrooms, crumbs in the drawers, a used flosser in the shower, and popcorn between the couch cushions. Cleanliness is the most important feature we look for in a vacation rental, and the place needed a lot of cleaning.

Our stay at this property was very nice. I cannot think of one thing to complain about. The accommodations and amenities that came with this property are very good. I would stay at this property again. The view of the beach was perfect, calming, and relaxing. The restaurants and other community businesses in the area were very nice and enjoyable. All the rooms were very spacious and the kitchen and dining room were very nicely arranged. I recommend anyone to rent this property.

We had a very relaxing stay and it was easy to access the condo, great parking and everything we needed was inside. We had gorgeous views and easy access to the beach. Comfortable bed, cozy living room area and the electric fireplace was great too as it cooled off at night. We were disappointed that the jets weren’t working in either of the hot tubs. The owner did what they could by reporting it to management right away. The kitchen could use a good cleaning; drawers and kitchen appliances. We were happy to see that cleaning supplies were available for us to use as needed. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we’d definitely pick the same place again.
